Addressing the dynamic challenges and opportunities of the Digital Decade, it outlines a robust strategy to bolster competitiveness, innovation, and resilience in the EU’s digital ecosystem.

The publication is structured across four comprehensive chapters, offering strategic insights into Europe’s digital transformation:

Chapter 1: From Complexity to Clarity
Explores the challenges of navigating over 100 digital laws and emphasizes simplifying the EU’s regulatory framework. Key legislation such as the AI Act, Digital Markets Act (DMA), and Digital Services Act (DSA) are highlighted for their role in fostering a competitive and innovative Single Market.

Chapter 2: Strategic Investment
Addresses the EU’s dependency on global technology leaders like the US and China. It calls for enhanced funding, public-private partnerships, and investment in critical technologies such as AI, quantum computing, and semiconductors to strengthen the EU’s global competitiveness.

Chapter 3: Empowering SMEs
